The short answer
As you are undetectable there is no risk of HIV reinfection from a partner who is HIV-positive but not on ARVs.
The whole question
Dear GroundUp
I have HIV and I am on ARVs. My viral load is undetectable. What is the risk of having unprotected sex with someone who is HIV-positive and not taking treatment?
The long answer
While you are taking your ARVs daily and you have an undetectable viral load there is very little risk to you. It's not a zero risk, but it is very small.
For your partner, it is important to note that taking ARVs will reduce their own risk of passing on HIV to others and keep themselves healthy.
